  教学情况:
  > 承担本科生《应用真菌学》、《食品免疫学》、《糖生物工程》、研究生《食品安全研究进展》等课程的教学工作;
  > 现主持校教改项目一项,校创新性实验项目一项,参与省教改重点项目一项,参与校研究生教改项目一项,发表教改论文1篇;
  > 获2011年江苏省教育厅“江苏省高等教育教学成果奖”二等奖一项,获2011年南京农业大学校级教育教学成果奖一等奖一项。

  科研情况:
  现主持国家自然科学基金(青年)一项;
  主持教育部高等学校博士学科点专项科研基金一项;
  主持江苏省自然科学基金1项;
  主持江苏省苏北专项计划项目1项;
  主持南京农业大学青年科技创新基金1项;
  参与2013 “十二五”国家科技计划农村领域重点863 项目一项,参与2011 “十二五”国家科技计划农村领域重点863 项目一项,参与2012农业成果转化项目一项,参与国家自然科学基金面上1项;
