  1989.7-1991.9,济南华能气动元器件公司工作。
  1991.9-1994.7,原山东工业大学攻读硕士学位。
  1994.9-1997.2,原山东工业大学电机教研室任教。
  1997.2-2000.3,西安交通大学电气学院读博士学位。
  2002.1-2004.5,山东大学机械工程博士后流动站做博士后研究。
  2000.3-2006.4 ,山东大学电气工程学院任教。
  2006.4-2007.4,韩国首尔国立大学电机系做博士后研究。

  1.微机电控制系统设计
  2.电能质量研究
  3.电气设备的电磁数值计算、设计优化及其控制。
