  1993年清华大学电机系本科毕业;1997年清华大学博士毕业后留校任教至今,2000年任副教授,2005年晋升教授。IET Fellow, IEEE Senior Member, 中国电机工程学会高级会员。国家杰出青年科学基金获得者,2014年入选国家创新人才推进计划“中青年科技创新领军人才”,曾获霍英东基金会优选资助,入选教育部新世纪人才计划。2007-2008 为剑桥大学访问学者。主要研究方向为电力系统规划、电力系统优化运行、低碳电力技术、可再生能源、负荷预测、电力市场。主持国家自然科学基金4项、国家自然基金委支持的中英合作交流项目、中美(TAMU-NSFC)交流项目、中韩双边会议项目各1项,教育部博士点基金2项,担任IEEE Transactions on Power Systems、Electric Power Systems Research等多家国际杂志编委,担任《中国电机工程学报》、《电网技术》、《电力自动化设备》等多家国内期刊编委,担任中国电机工程学会电工数学专委会、中国电工技术学会电力系统保护与控制专委会、中国可再生能源学会可再生能源发电并网专委会委员。出版第一作者专著3部,发表论文200余篇,其中SCI收录40余篇(含IEEE Transactions文章20余篇),EI收录150余篇。获省部级及国家电网、南方电网奖励10余项。中国引文数据库H指数为42,论文被引用5400余篇次,2008、2012年两次获得中国百篇最具影响学术论文。2012年在Nature旗下期刊Scientific Reports上发表论文1篇。所指导的博硕士有3人获国家奖学金、1人获教育部博士生学术新人奖、4人评为北京市优秀毕业生。2014年获国家级教学成果二等奖(第1完成人)。
