  研究兴趣:
  生物荧光分子探针:过渡金属及重金属广泛地存在于自然界中,其中的一些元素在生命过程中具有非常重要的功能,如已知铜在肿瘤血管生长因子中扮演非常重要的调节作用,锌广泛参与细胞生长发育、基因转录、神经传递等各种重要生命过程;而另外一些元素则在很低浓度时就对生物具有极强的毒性,如铅能引起消化系统、神经系统及心脏的病变,汞对肾功能会引起严重损伤。因此,这些物质的检测对生命、环境和医学科学以及工农业生产等具有重要的意义。
  课题研究具有高灵敏性、快速响应、高空间分辨率的荧光分子探针,探讨探针的识别机制,用无损伤细胞的方法测定细胞内游离金属的浓度,研究某种能够通透细胞膜的金属探针试剂,并在细胞内与金属离子发生作用等,可望用于细胞内的分子荧光成像。
  功能高分子材料、荧光高分子:研究特殊结构高分子(超支化高分子、树枝状高分子、温敏高分子、pH敏感高分子)的荧光响应、能量传递、生物模拟以及高分子结构与荧光相互作用的规律。这方面研究期望用于人造太阳能光收集、荧光离子捕获、荧光染料以及生物标记与药物输运领域。
